什么是油煙凈化器？餐飲業(yè)是否有必要安裝凈化器？

　　油煙凈化器是用于凈化廚房排放油煙的治理設(shè)備的通稱，主要分為過(guò)濾式、濕式、靜電式和復(fù)合式，是有效降低油煙污染排放的治理手段。

　　餐飲業(yè)多集中在商業(yè)區(qū)、居民區(qū)，集中排放時(shí)對(duì)周圍環(huán)境污染較大，部分餐飲企業(yè)僅安裝了抽油煙機(jī)而并未安裝油煙凈化器，烹調(diào)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的油煙直接排入空氣中，油煙顆粒以及有害氣體也會(huì)直接對(duì)人體造成傷害，同時(shí)油煙中的VOCs也會(huì)對(duì)大氣環(huán)境造成復(fù)合性污染。

Some catering enterprises only install range hoods without oil fume purifiers, and the oil fume generated during cooking is directly discharged into the air. Oil fume particles and harmful gases can also directly harm human health, and VOCs in oil fume can also cause compound pollution to the atmospheric environment.

　　另外，夏季許多露天燒烤直接排放燒烤煙氣，所產(chǎn)生的污染危害更加嚴(yán)重。因此，餐飲業(yè)必須安裝符合要求的油煙凈化器。
