I. insufficient ventilation area of main exhaust pipe

　　根據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，排煙主管道內(nèi)風(fēng)速不能超過15m/s，否則在運(yùn)行一個(gè)時(shí)期以后很容易造成排煙系統(tǒng)不通暢。在油煙凈化器的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐中，大部分案例都是因排煙管道通風(fēng)面積不足引起的不通暢，管道內(nèi)氣體的流速都在15m/s以上。

　　According to engineering experience, the wind speed in the main smoke exhaust pipe should not exceed 15 m/s, otherwise the smoke exhaust system will be blocked easily after a period of operation. 　　排煙管道由于要穿過建筑梁而使管道通風(fēng)截面積變小，截面上阻力增加，造成氣流不通暢。

　　The ventilation cross-section area of the smoke exhaust pipeline is reduced and the resistance on the cross-section is increased due to the passage of the smoke exhaust pipeline through the building beams, resulting in the airflow obstruction.

　　三、排管道使用后積聚物堆積

　　3. Accumulation after the use of drainage pipes

　　排煙管道在穿過建筑梁或躲避其它設(shè)備管道時(shí)，排煙管道中的一段會(huì)低于整體排煙管道平面，在使用一段時(shí)間后，由于油水混合物會(huì)積聚在較低的那段排煙管道中，直接影響排煙通暢。

　　When the smoke exhaust pipe passes through the building beam or evades other equipment pipelines, one section of the smoke exhaust pipe will be lower than the overall smoke exhaust pipe plane. After using for a period of time, the oil-water mixture will accumulate in the lower section of the smoke exhaust pipe, which directly affects the smooth smoke exhaust.

　　四、低層排煙不順暢

　　不同樓層的廚房油煙通過同一主管道排出，離出口近的樓層廚房排煙效果較好，而較低樓層的廚房排煙不通暢。

　　The kitchen fumes of different floors are discharged through the same main pipe. The smoke exhaust effect of the kitchen on the floor near the exit is better, while the smoke exhaust of the kitchen on the lower floor is not smooth.
