1、確保設(shè)備部件的接縫都要嚴(yán)密不漏風(fēng)；清洗系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管內(nèi)表面，必須平整光滑，嚴(yán)禁有橫向拼接縫和管內(nèi)設(shè)加固或采用凸棱加固的方法。

2、風(fēng)管咬縫要緊密、寬度均勻，無(wú)孔洞、半咬口和脹裂等缺陷。直管縱向咬縫錯(cuò)開(kāi)；風(fēng)管折角平直，圓弧均勻，兩端平面平行無(wú)翹角，表面凹凸不超過(guò)10mm；風(fēng)管與法蘭連接牢固，翻邊平整，寬度要大于6mm。

2. The biting seam of air duct shall be compact, uniform in width, and free from defects such as hole, half biting and expansion crack. The longitudinal seam of straight pipe is staggered; The bending angle of the air duct is straight, the arc is uniform, the planes of the two ends are parallel, and there is no warping angle, and the concave convex surface is not more than 10 mm; The connection between the air duct and the flange shall be firm, the flanging shall be smooth, and the width shall be greater than 6 mm.

3、風(fēng)管法蘭螺栓和鉚釘?shù)目组g距不要超過(guò)150mm，焊縫處不設(shè)螺孔，螺孔有互換性；不銹鋼板和鋁板風(fēng)管表面沒(méi)有很明顯的痕跡，復(fù)合鋼板風(fēng)管表面不存在破損的情況。

3. The distance between the holes of the bolts and rivets of the air duct flange shall not exceed 150 mm. There shall be no screw holes at the welding seam, and the screw holes shall be interchangeable; There is no obvious trace on the surface of stainless steel plate and aluminum plate air duct, and there is no damage on the surface of composite steel plate air duct.
