The acceptance of the processing and manufacturing quality of ventilation ducts shall be carried out according to their materials, system category search and different places of use, mainly including the material, specification, strength, tightness and appearance quality of finished products of air ducts.

通風管道加工制作質量的驗收，按設計圖紙與本標準的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。工程中所選用的外購風管，還必須提供相應的產品合格證明文件或進行強度和嚴密性的驗證，符合要求的方可使用。系統(tǒng)風管允許漏風量：按風管系統(tǒng)類別所規(guī)定平均單位面積、單位時間內的大允許漏風量。

The acceptance of the processing and manufacturing quality of ventilation pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the design drawings and this standard. （1）漏風率：空調設備、除塵器等，在工作壓力下空氣滲入或泄漏量與其額定風量的比值。

（2）凈化空調系統(tǒng)：用于潔凈空間的空氣調節(jié)、空氣凈化系統(tǒng)。

（3）漏光檢測：用強光源對風管的咬口、接縫、法蘭及其他連接處進行透光檢查，確定孔洞、縫隙等滲漏部位及數量的方法。

（4）風管系統(tǒng)的工作壓力：指系統(tǒng)風管總風管處設計的大的工作壓力。

通風管道規(guī)格的驗收，風管以外徑或外邊長為準，風道以內徑或內邊長為準。通風管道的規(guī)格搜索宜按照的規(guī)定。圓形風管應優(yōu)先采用基本系列。非規(guī)則橢圓形風管參照矩形風管，并以長徑平面邊長及短徑尺寸為準。

For the acceptance of the specifications of ventilation ducts, the outer diameter or outer side length shall prevail for air ducts, and the inner diameter or inner side length shall prevail for air ducts. The specification search of ventilation pipe should follow the regulations of. The basic series shall be preferred for round air ducts. Irregular oval air duct refers to rectangular air duct, and the side length of long diameter plane and short diameter dimension shall prevail.

風管系統(tǒng)按其系統(tǒng)的工作壓力劃分為三個類別，其類別劃分應符合表鍍鋅鋼板及各類含有復合保護層的鋼板，應采用咬口連接或鉚接，不得采用影響其保護層防腐性能的焊接連接方法。

風管的密封，應以板材連接的密封為主，可采用密封膠嵌縫和其他方法密封。密封膠性能應符合使用環(huán)境的要求，密封面宜設在風管的正壓側。

The sealing of air duct shall be mainly based on the sealing of plate connection, which can be sealed by sealant caulking and other methods. The performance of the sealant shall meet the requirements of the use environment, and the sealing surface should be set at the positive pressure side of the air duct.
